Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on stable, dry surface away from heat sources.

First-Time Setup

Using Memory Presets

Store up to 100 stations for quick recall.

  1. Store: Tune to desired station. Press MEMORY, press number (0-9) for memory location, press MEMORY again to confirm.
  2. Recall: Press MEMORY, press number of stored station.
  3. Scan memory: Hold MEMORY button to scan through stored stations.
  4. Clear: To overwrite, store a new station on same number.

Note: Memory is retained when batteries are removed (backup capacitor).

Advanced Features

SSB Mode: Press SSB button to receive amateur radio or other SSB signals; use FINE TUNE to adjust. Synchronous Detection: Press SYNC on AM to reduce fading and interference. ATS (Auto Tuning Storage): On FM band, press ATS to automatically store up to 30 strong FM stations into memory. Sleep Timer: Press POWER/SLEEP repeatedly to set 15-90 min sleep timer.
