Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on stable surface.

  1. Insert batteries: Open battery compartment, insert 4 AA batteries observing polarity.
  2. Connect AC adapter: Plug adapter into DC IN jack and into wall outlet (optional).
  3. Extend telescopic antenna: Fully extend for best reception, especially on SW/FM.

First-Time Setup

Power on radio; set initial configurations.

  1. Set time: Press CLOCK button, use TUNING buttons to set hour/minute, press CLOCK again.

Tip: Keep antenna away from metal objects and electronic devices for better reception.

Using Memory Presets

Store up to 20 stations for quick recall.

  1. Tune to desired station.
  2. Press MEMORY button; memory number flashes.
  3. Press number button (0-9) to assign preset.
  4. To recall: Press number button directly or press MEMORY then number.
  5. To clear: Store another frequency on same number.

Note: Memory is retained when power is off (batteries or backup).

Clock and Timer Functions

Clock: Displays time when radio is off. Alarm: Set to wake to radio or buzzer. Sleep Timer: Turns radio off after set time.

  1. Set alarm: Press CLOCK twice, set time with TUNING, select radio/buzzer with BAND.
  2. Sleep timer: Press SLEEP, select duration (15,30,60,90 min).
  3. Snooze: Press SNOOZE during alarm for 9-minute extra sleep.

Care & Cleaning

Remove batteries if not used for extended period. Clean with dry soft cloth; do not use solvents.

CAUTION! Avoid water and chemical cleaners. Keep ventilation openings unobstructed.
