Installation

First-Time Setup

Plug in the radio; the display will light up. Follow these steps to configure initial settings.

  1. Set the Time: Press and hold the TIME SET button. Use the HOUR and MINUTE buttons to set the correct time. Release TIME SET when done.
  2. Set the Alarm: Press the ALARM 1 or ALARM 2 button. Use the HOUR and MINUTE buttons to set the desired wake-up time. Press the ALARM button again to confirm.
  3. Select Wake-up Sound: For each alarm, press the RADIO/BUZZER button to choose between waking to the radio or the buzzer tone.

  2. Snooze: When alarm sounds, press SNOOZE to silence it for about 9 minutes. It will repeat until turned off.
  3. Turning Off Alarm: Press the POWER button or the corresponding ALARM button (1 or 2) to stop the alarm for that day.
  4. Sleep Timer: Press SLEEP repeatedly to set duration (15, 30, 45, 60, 75, 90 min). The radio will play and then turn off automatically. The sleep timer indicator will show.
  5. Deactivating Alarm: Press and hold the corresponding ALARM button until the alarm icon disappears from the display.

WARNING! Do not rely solely on battery backup for primary alarm function; use AC power when possible.
