Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on stable, flat surface near power outlet.

  1. Insert backup batteries: Open compartment on back, install 2 AA batteries (not included).
  2. Connect power: Plug AC adapter into wall outlet and into radio's DC IN jack.
  3. Extend antenna: Fully extend the telescopic FM antenna for better reception.
  4. Position radio: Ensure it is placed away from large metal objects or other electronics that may cause interference.

WARNING! Do not place near water or heat sources. Use only recommended batteries.

First-Time Setup

Plug in power; clock will flash 12:00.

  1. Set time: Press and hold CLOCK SET button, use HOUR and MINUTE buttons to set correct time.
  2. Set date: Press DATE button, then use HOUR/MINUTE to set.
  3. Set alarms: Press ALARM 1 or ALARM 2 button, set time and choose radio or buzzer sound.

  5. Save presets: Tune to desired station, press and hold a numbered button (1-5) to save.

Radio Operation

Supports AM and FM bands with manual tuning and preset memory.

  1. Power on: Press POWER button.
  2. Select band: Press BAND to toggle between AM and FM.
  3. Tune manually: Press TUNING + or - to search for stations.
  4. Use presets: Press numbered button (1-5) to recall saved station.
  5. Save preset: Tune to station, press and hold a numbered button until display confirms.

Alarm Features

Dual alarms with choice of radio or buzzer wake-up sound.

  1. Set alarm time: Press ALARM 1 or ALARM 2, then use HOUR/MINUTE to set time.
  2. Select sound: Move ALARM MODE switch to RADIO or BUZZER for each alarm.
  3. Activate alarm: Ensure switch is not set to OFF. Alarm icon will appear on display.
  4. Snooze: When alarm sounds, press SNOOZE to silence for ~9 minutes.
  5. Deactivate alarm: Press ALARM 1 or ALARM 2 button to turn off alarm for that day, or move switch to OFF.
  6. Repeat: Alarms are set to repeat daily. For one-time alarm, deactivate after it sounds.

Note: During power failure, battery backup maintains time and alarm settings.

Care & Cleaning

Unplug from power before cleaning. Use soft, dry cloth to wipe exterior. Do not use liquid or aerosol cleaners.

CAUTION! Never immerse radio in water. Keep away from extreme temperatures and humidity.
