Installation

First-Time Setup

Power on the unit; follow these initial steps.

Set the FUNCTION switch to RADIO (AM or FM).
Tune to a station: Use the TUNING knob. For FM, ensure the antenna is fully extended.
Adjust volume: Use the VOLUME knob.
For cassette playback: Insert a cassette with the exposed tape facing outward and towards you.
Set the FUNCTION switch to TAPE and press PLAY.

CAUTION! When using batteries, ensure correct polarity (+/-). Remove batteries if not used for extended periods.

Auto Stop: Function automatically stops tape at the end of a side.

WARNING! Do not touch the tape head or pinch roller with fingers. Keep magnets away from the unit.

Troubleshooting
